How to book and take the classes?
If you don't have an active subscription yet: Start by purchasing a membership and follow the steps below. If you follow the reservation procedure without having an active membership, the system will offer you one in the process.
If you already have an active subscription: Go to the "Reserve" section in the menu, choose the class of your preference. Click on book. Choose in the agenda the day and time you want to take the class. Sign in if you haven't already. Click "Next". Confirm your registration details. Click on book. You will receive a link from Zoom once you have booked this service. If you wish, add your class to Google Calendar so you don't forget to attend.
Go to your email where you will find the confirmation message. If you can't find it, check the notification tray, promotions, other messages or the spam tray.
In the confirmation message you will find a link to join the meeting in zoom.
Prepare your device and your space around you to take the class comfortably and safely.
What do I need to take the classes?
To participate you will need a device (tablet, cell phone or smartphone) an internet connection and the possibility of transmitting audio and video. It is recommended to be near your router or connect your computer to the internet via cable, this will improve the quality of the image and sound. The reservation confirmation email will indicate the link and information on how to join.
Can I take the classes with more people?
Yes, your ONLINE membership entitles you to one connected screen per person or family. So you can take the class for other people as long as your space allows it, taking care of the safety of others.
Can I suspend or freeze my plan?
Yes, if you are a monthly subscriber, you will have the right to a freeze of up to 7 days in your plan each month. If you are a subscriber of the semester plan you can suspend up to 7 days per month in a non-accumulative way.
Can I pay by other means?
Yes, although MercadoPago is integrated with our system and is the fastest way to activate your account to start dancing, we can also take your order via WhatsApp and create your plan manually. You can pay by consignment to savings account Bancolombia, Banco Caja Social, transfer via Nequí, Daviplata or through other card payment gateways.
